Dear Humans,

What do you want to receive more of? What do you want to give more of?

Experience is a flow that you nurture. Flow finds more ease when the filters are removed. If you hold back what you give and push away what you receive it is because you do not trust your ability to discern, to sift, or to sort it and redistribute. You may be hesitant to let things flow by and want to claim them for yourself.

Feedback you receive from the world isn't yours to keep unless you decide to keep it. xo
