Lovebugs,

I know, the mind is a lovely place to be. It feels so important that your mind have it's way with you. Yet, the mental energy that is all around you today is one that is inviting you to receive higher conscious wisdom - aka Inspiration.

Inspiration is not available in a mind that has all of the answers. To get out of the mind, one must move the body and focus the mind. This releases the hold it has on "sorting something out" and creates spaciousness to receive a golden nugget of wisdom that will give you the nudge you need to go further with a project or idea. 

Today, you get what you need to move forward when you let go of forcing it. It's time to free the mind into movement and flow and play. Let the energy of the day bring you the answers you seek. Efforting is not needed.
