For the first 30 years of my life, I was convinced that I was broken or had just one more limiting belief to clear before I could be happy, fulfilled and successful. I was always reaching for something more out in the world - more recognition, more connection, more money, or more love.
The truth is, I was always enough I just didn't live my life from that perspective. Nothing in my life had to change for my whole life to change. I needed only see life through a new lens of possibility and potential. I needed to see life from the perspective of my own wholeness.
What I discovered is that wholeness is about more than my body, more than my mind, and more than my emotions. Wholeness is the awakening to my unique Essence, a frequency expression that is uniquely me, extraordinarily potent, and a powerful force for love in the world.
